Gallons of water are wasted away
as people go about their regular day.
The faucet and bathtub
leak water and soap suds
But we choose to do as we may.

You rinse dishes, fill cup drinks,
wash your clothes, but just think,
Water is valuable and does have its price!
So please pay attention, I know you'll be smart
to learn to save water and take it to heart.

it's not all that absurd
